Client

SCM is Ukraine's largest diversified financial-industrial group with 250+ enterprise portfolio. The company operates across 30+ countries and required modern international communications platform.

Goals & Objectives

Create a digital tool for multi-level communication with five key audiences: international investors, European business partners, international organizations, media, and internal team. The main challenge was ensuring timely and comprehensive information about the holding's activities during wartime while maintaining investor confidence and international reputation. The platform needed to integrate content from 250+ enterprises, operate in multiple languages, and quickly adapt to crisis situations.

Work Process

Started with in-depth stakeholder interviews and segmentation of five target audiences. Conducted content audit of portfolio companies and built multi-level information architecture. Created user journey maps for each segment and developed prototypes for key usage scenarios. Designed a design system to ensure brand consistency and multilingual interface. Technically implemented headless CMS for flexible content management, multi-site architecture with APIs for data exchange between platforms, advanced search, and enterprise-level security. Development followed agile sprints with component-based frontend approach and scalable backend. Conducted comprehensive security, performance, and cross-platform compatibility testing.

Results & Effectiveness

Launched unified corporate platform successfully serving five distinct stakeholder groups. Integrated content from 250+ portfolio companies with multi-language support. Reduced critical content publication time by 65%, which proved especially valuable during crisis communications. Implemented scalable architecture for launching business direction websites. The platform enabled transparent communication with international partners, strengthened investor confidence, and enhanced the holding's global visibility.
