Tolk is an electricity supply company for business and private clients in Ukraine. Operating in highly competitive energy supply market requiring clear competitor differentiation.
GOALS & OBJECTIVES
Creating project for service sales and company presentation in highly competitive market. Needed to develop site with different information flows for two audience types - business and private clients, with different touchpoints, argumentation and lead generation forms. Critical task was to visually, structurally and functionally distinguish brand among competitors. Also needed to implement mandatory legal site section with licenses, documents and service center information according to energy industry regulatory requirements.

WORK PROCESS
Frontmen's team developed architecture with clear B2B and B2C audience flow separation. Created separate user scenarios for each client type with appropriate argumentation and touchpoints. Designed lead generation system with different forms depending on client type. Developed unique visual style distinguishing brand among market competitors. Implemented structured legal documentation section with licenses and service center information. Created navigation system motivating users to submit inquiries. Developed adaptive design for comfortable content consumption on all devices. Ensured fast loading and stable platform operation.

Website successfully differentiated brand in highly competitive electricity supply market. Different information flows for B2B and B2C effectively guide users and motivate inquiry submissions. Architecture provides clear path from first contact to conversion for each audience type. Legal section meets all industry regulatory requirements. Visual and structural solution distinguishes Tolk among competitors, strengthening brand recognition. Lead generation system works effectively for both audience segments, ensuring stable inquiry flow and customer base growth in high competition conditions.
