Harmony Health is one of the largest private clinic networks in Kyiv. The website became an important digital tool for communication, appointment scheduling, and patient interaction.
Goals & Objectives
The client approached Frontmen with the goal of creating a new version of the website that would stand out visually from competitors while also emphasizing the expertise and scale of the clinic network. Special attention was given to usability: simplifying navigation across a large number of services and doctors, improving appointment booking flows, and ensuring quick access to up-to-date information about pricing, promotions, and medical specialties.
Work Process
The Frontmen team began the project with UX research and a detailed analysis of user journeys. We explored the patient journey from the first interaction with the clinic to appointment booking, after which we created interactive prototypes and wireframes to test the logic and structure of the pages.
Significant attention was also dedicated to the design. The goal was to create a modern, clean, and recognizable visual style associated with trust and comfort. During the development phase, we implemented a responsive frontend to ensure a seamless experience across mobile devices and carried out a comprehensive integration with the clinic’s internal systems for real-time updates of prices and services.
The team also focused on providing convenient tools for content managers, SEO specialists, and analysts. Most content, SEO settings, and service blocks can be flexibly updated through the admin panel without involving developers.
Results & Effectiveness
As a result, the clinic received a modern digital platform that made interaction with patients simpler and more intuitive. Thanks to well-thought-out UX solutions and additional engagement points, the appointment booking process was improved and the website’s conversion performance was strengthened.
Integration with the clinic’s internal systems also helped automate content updates and maintain accurate information without additional manual processes.
