GOALS & OBJECTIVES

Creating comprehensive digital platform providing business electricity consumers full control over supplier interaction. Clients should receive access to their contracts, consumption history, analytics, tariff packages and supply condition management tools in unified centralized point. Solution should allow online contract processing, modification and signing, statement viewing, payment control and operational document acquisition. Critically important was reducing labor costs for onboarding, client support and administrative processes, decreasing manual operations and creating transparent, convenient and predictable service for both sides.

WORK PROCESS

Frontmen's team developed centralized architecture for managing all business client interaction aspects with supplier.
