GOALS & OBJECTIVES
Development and launch of new multidisciplinary clinic website. Work conducted parallel to construction and commissioning of one of Kyiv's largest clinics. Project ambition, modernity and scale in tight timeframe needed reflection in digital product. Needed to create market-leading site and effective patient communication example. Critical was rapid traffic growth after launch and achieving planned capacity indicators despite COVID and war. Needed to implement targeted interface solutions for conversion increase and providing users trigger points for clinic choice and appointment booking.
