Winetime is one of Ukraine's largest wine store networks with 35 gastromarkets. Company combines online platform and extensive retail infrastructure with 8000+ products.

GOALS & OBJECTIVES

Creating modern, fast and technologically flexible online store ensuring exceptional user experience and supporting company's Omnichannel model. Needed to design clear architecture for wide catalog: wines, whiskey, gin, rum, craft beverages, delicacies. Interface should follow "Inspire & Purchase" principle - context and advice before purchase. Key elements were smart filters, personalized recommendations, SEO-optimized catalog, detailed cards with tasting notes, loyalty program and store inventory integration, Pick Up / Reserve system. Critical was adaptivity for impulse purchases.

WORK PROCESS

Frontmen's team designed information architecture for 8000+ item catalog following "Inspire & Purchase" principle. Created smart filters by country, grape variety, aging, strength, region. Developed personalized recommendation system based on behavior. Implemented SEO-optimized catalog with automatic page structuring. Created detailed product cards with tasting notes, food pairings and ratings. Integrated loyalty program and real inventory from 35 stores. Developed Pick Up / Reserve system for specific store booking. Implemented hybrid architecture with performant frontend and flexible backend. Ensured fast operation on all devices.
