Insurance broker of large companies in Ukraine addressed to us with the task to create a user-friendly and transparent tool for its business, which embodies the essence of brokering.

METHODS AND STRATEGIES

After delving into Client’s business and defining the priorities, we have identified «simplicity» as the main thesis of the site. Simplicity, transparency and comprehensive patient assistance program are the key differences and benefits of BritMark.

CHARACTERS AND SCENARIOS

Initially it was necessary to understand who site’s visitors are. Having defined the target audience, we created the portraits of its representatives as well as described the scenarios of their interaction with the site.

PROTOTYPE

After discussing and approving users’ portraits as well as the interaction scenarios, we get started prototyping. The created dynamic prototypes undergo several rounds of testing. On each round we make necessary modifications in the prototypes. As soon as the prototypes are defined they go to the next stage, namely design.

Based on the portraits of characters and prototypes we begin to look for a visual solution, which would meet the inner values of BritMark.

After choosing and working out the visual concept we agree it with the Client and start design of other website pages.
